Refund Policy

Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We inspect all Crowns prior to shipping to ensure that they meet your specification and our high quality assurance standards.

 We appreciate your patronage and want to make sure that your experience with us is an enjoyable one, which you will be pleased with. Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns, or provide exchanges. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer our customers five business  to contact us via email to voice any concerns regarding a purchase. We will work with our customers to make needed adjustments for their recent purchases that are still in brand new condition.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and Exchanges are not allowed unless your item(s) arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Pricing and Currency Conversion

All prices listed on the website are in US (USD) dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
